A 14-year-old from California is America’s caller apical young scientist. The eighth grader created a nano particle liquid bandage to regenerate antibiotics. She bushed 9 different finalists and hundreds of students who submitted ideas. The 3M Young Scientist Challenge is simply a nationalist contention that encourages mediate schoolers to travel up with projects to tackle planetary problems. Nikki Battiste reports.
