This brings the total number of songs released after Moosewala’s death to 11.Earlier this week, Moosewala’s father, Balkaur Singh, had announced that three new songs would drop on June 11.All three songs crossed the one million view mark each within about an hour of their launch, reflecting Moosewala’s enduring influence in the Punjabi music industry. Some of his most popular tracks include “So High”, “295”, and “Same Beef.”Meanwhile, the family held a ‘paath’ (prayer ceremony) and cut a cake at their residence in Moosa village, Mansa, to mark Sidhu Moosewala’s birth anniversary. His personal vehicles, including his jeep and tractors, were also displayed.Iqbal Singh, a follower who visited Moosewala’s home, said, “Sidhu lives in our hearts. He may have gone too soon, but he still lives in our hearts. We demand justice for the family.”Balkaur Singh, Moosewala’s father, told reporters, “The BBC was to screen the documentary this evening, but when we approached the court yesterday, it released the documentary on YouTube this morning. The court will give us justice. It hurt us to see some of Sidhu’s friends in the documentary.”“Some people used to say that Sidhu was bad. But after his death, they started calling him good. When I die, they will call me good too. My current situation is worse than even Sidhu’s,” he added.
