Six prosecution witnesses were examined in the trial related to the murder of Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh, popularly known as Sidhu Moosewala, in the court of the District and Sessions Judge here on Friday.Advocate Satinder Pal Singh Mittal, counsel for Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh, said the witnesses included an Assistant Superintendent of the Goindwal Central Jail, two executives of a gun house, an executive of a filling station and two other persons.Their chief examination was conducted during the hearing.The court has now fixed March 20 as the next date of hearing in the case.
