Taking a tough stand against the spread of objectionable content on social media and in songs, the Haryana Police have taken action against singer Aditya Pratik Singh Sisodia, alias Badshah.The police have registered an FIR in connection with his recently released song and video “Tateeree” and has initiated the process of issuing a lookout circular (LOC) against him, preventing him from leaving the country. The police have also issued notices to remove the related video from all social media platforms.In this regard, a case has been registered at Cyber ​​Police Station Sector-20, Panchkula, under FIR No. 28, dated March 6, 2026, under Section 296 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 3 and 4 of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.According to the police, the video shows minor girls wearing school uniforms throwing their school bags and running away from studies. The use of words like “badshala” also misrepresents the school and educational environment. Furthermore, the song contains objectionable and indecent words directed towards women and girls.During the investigation, it has also been revealed that the video shows a Haryana Roadways bus from the Jind depot. The police are investigating whether proper permission was obtained from the relevant department for the bus to be used in the video. If the bus is found to have been used without permission, action will be taken against the individuals involved for criminal conspiracy.The video also depicts a government school campus. Police are investigating whether permission was obtained from the competent authority for the shooting. If it is found that the government campus was used without permission, action would be taken against the individuals concerned as per the rules, said the police.A formal notice has also been issued to the singer to appear before the police immediately. To ensure the accused’s arrest, several police teams have been formed, which are continuously raiding various possible locations. Furthermore, considering the possibility of the accused leaving the country, the process of issuing the LOC against him has also been initiated.The controversial song has been taken down from the accused’s official YouTube channel. Continuous efforts are being made to remove reels and short videos related to this song from other music platforms, YouTube channels and personal social media handles.The police also clarified that if anyone is found spreading objectionable content by creating or sharing reels or videos related to this controversial song, strict action will be taken against them as per the law.
