The Panchkula police today registered an FIR against singer Aditya Pratik Singh Sisodia, alias Badshah, after allegations of obscenity and insult to women in the song “Tateeree.” A police team has been dispatched to arrest him.According to the police, the case has been registered under Sections 3 and 4 of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act. The police are investigating whether the relevant department was consulted before using the bus in the video. If the use of a government bus is found to be unauthorised, legal action can also be taken.The video also shows a government school campus. The police are investigating whether permission was obtained from the competent authority. Notices have been issued to remove the related video from all social media platforms.Meanwhile, the Haryana State Commission for Women has issued summons to Badshah to appear before the commission on March 13. The hearing will be held in the Conference Hall of the DC’s office in Panipat.
