Unidentified persons have been booked for attacking Himachal Pradesh Youth Congress’ general secretary, Aryan Chauhan, near Shimla, officials said on Saturday.Chauhan is the son of Naresh Chauhan, who serves as the Media Advisor to Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.The incident occurred on Friday near Mashobra, when Chauhan was on his way to Shimla. Some unidentified persons, travelling in a car, allegedly tried to attack him with a firearm and a rod.Seeing the assailants approaching, Chauhan jumped out of his car into a gorge, sustaining minor injuries.He immediately informed the police, after which an FIR was registered against the persons.
