The 8th Critics’ Choice Awards, hosted by the Film Critics Guild on Tuesday evening, brought together some of the most compelling voices in Indian cinema and streaming.The night celebrated storytelling across formats, with actors like Sayani Gupta, Shabana Azmi, Abhishek Banerjee and Kalki Koechlin, among many others, in attendance.Among the top winners was Homebound, which secured four major awards, including Best Film and Best Director for Neeraj Ghaywan. In the acting categories, Vishal Jethwa won Best Actor, while Shalini Vatsa took home Best Supporting Actress and Priyanka Bose was awarded Best Actress for Agra. Veteran star Farida Jalal was honoured with the Extraordinary Contribution to Cinema Award.
