Actors Malaika Arora and Sara Ali Khan have reportedly leased out their Mumbai properties for substantial amounts.Sara Ali Khan has rented out her bungalow in Andheri West for Rs 4.14 crore over a five-year period to Prodigy Montessori India Private Limited, according to CRE Matrix. The property, located in the Old Lokhandwala Complex, spans over 4,500 sq ft.As per the agreement, the premises will be used strictly for school-related activities. It also restricts the entry of vehicles such as cars, buses and vans within the compound. The bungalow enjoys proximity to key areas such as Versova, JVPD and Link Road.In another development, Malaika Arora has leased out her Mumbai apartment for approximately Rs 1.17 crore over a three-year period to Aditi Rao. According to documents accessed by Square Yards, the flat is located in a building named ‘Vida’ near Carter Road in Bandra West.Back in 2023, actress Aditi Rao Hyadri rented out a flat from Malaika for Rs 2.31 per month.The monthly rent begins at around Rs 3.1 lakh, with a 5 per cent annual increment clause. Bandra West remains one of Mumbai’s most upscale neighbourhoods, known for its high real estate value and frequent celebrity sightings.
