The Assembly on Monday paid tributes to eminent personalities and citizens who recently passed away, through an obituary reference during its special session.The House recalled former minister Lal Singh’s contribution towards the development of Punjab. The Assembly also conveyed deep condolences to the kin of those who lost their lives in accidents involving pilgrims from Punjab. Tributes were also paid to renowned singer Asha Bhosle.
