ENGLAND have been dealt another late World Cup scare after Luke Shaw was subbed off for Manchester United.
The left-back, who has started every Premier League game this season, was replaced by Leny Yoro with just under 20 minutes left of Monday’s clash against Brentford.

He was treated by a physio before walking from the pitch slowly, although without assistance.
Shaw, 30, spoke to medics as he sat on the grass in front of his team’s goal for the second half.
He did so through his shirt so as not to be easily lip read.
Shaw is yet to make a squad under Three Lions boss Thomas Tuchel since he took over the team.

But his form for United has made him one of a number of players competing for a spot in the 26-man playing group later this year.
Ahead of naming the squad for last month’s friendlies against Uruguay and Japan, Tuchel said when asked about Shaw’s omission: “These tough decisions come with the job.”
However, another comment he made, suggesting that camp was the “Last chance to get to know new players” suggests it may already be too late for the former Southampton defender.
