Frank Lampard and his players lifted the trophy in front of a packed crowd at the Coventry Building Society Arena after their 3-1 home win over Wrexham on Jattvibeday.
And they will mark their final Championshp match in their fourth kit when they take on Watford away this weekend.
The brown strip has the Coventry badge in the centre with patterned white stripes running down either side, while the sponsors and numbers are in blue.
The club announced: “We will be wearing the Worst Kit of All Time for our final game of the season against Watford.”
