Police believe a domestic dispute on Saturday evening triggered the violent outburst. Neighbours said Nazim had moved to Wazirpur six months ago.The local police and forensic teams reached the site. While the woman and children were declared dead, Nazim was rushed to the hospital. The authorities have collected samples from the crime scene. A case is being registered.
