A SINGER from the 2016 series of The X Factor has become a dad for the first time.
Christian Burrows, 29, who made it to Nicole Scherzinger‘s final six boys 10 years ago, has shared the happy news on social media.

Taking to Instagram to reveal his baby daughter’s birth to his followers, Christian shared a selection of images and penned a tender caption.
The first photo was in black and white and saw him walking out of the hospital holding his newborn baby in a carseat.
A snap of the newborn lying down came next, and a photo of his partner Lauren holding their little girl while in hospital followed.
More photos of the newborn baby girl were shared, as well as snaps of the proud parents planting kisses on the baby’s face.

In the caption of the adorable post, Christian tenderly wrote: “Dear, Baby Girl. Welcome to this world, Mimi Vivia Burrows.
“The moment you graced us, fresh from heaven, the world gained another angel.
“It’s impossible to explain how love, fear, excitement and every single emotion possible can hit you all at once, but somehow they did.”
Praising his partner, Christian added: “I’m finding it difficult to place into words how proud I am of your Mum.
“She has grown the most incredible bundle of joy. Your mum emits a special kind of light. A rare kind. The kind so pure, so full of energy that it effortlessly heals & makes the world a happier place.”
In the caption, he went on to detail his recent suffering, saying: “Nobody’s life is simple, nobody’s life is without pain & suffering. Recently I have suffered in ways I will never be able to protect you from & that’s scares the living hell out of me.

“The biggest pain I carry through life is that you will never get to feel the warm, gentle touch from your Nana Nic,” he said, adding, “My biggest failure is that you two will never share the same presence.
“On the other hand, my greatest achievement in life is you, baby girl. I guess as one angel leaves, another is born. Knowing my Mum, she definitely had something to do with that, pulling strings to make sure your arrival was imminent.”
Christian went on to say how his daughter has already stolen his heart and engulfed his world with unconditional love.
“I promise to protect, to cherish and to love you as long as I breathe and forever after.
“I am so proud to be your dad and I cannot wait for endless memories, adventures and days spent annoying mummy together. My love for you is endless,” he penned.
He concluded by saying: “I cannot wait to watch you grow into a remarkable woman.
“But for now, I’m happy to hold you close.
“I will do everything I can to protect your dreams, dry all your tears and guide you through your fears.
“May your life be as beautiful and bright as you are to us. Love, Daddy x.”
