A RUSSIAN minister has reportedly secretly fled to the US after dodging Vladimir Putin’s feared security forces – marking the first escape of a top Kremlin official.
Top official Denis Butsaev is understood to have dissented from the Russian tyrant’s regime and escaped to the US, reports say.

The minister reportedly travelled to Belarus before making the journey to America.
He was previously fired from his post on April 22 – just over a week before his daring escape.
