COPS have cordoned off a popular beach after a woman was allegedly raped.
An investigation was launched after the victim was allegedly targeted on Boscombe Beach in Bournemouth, Dorset, last night.

Dorset Police said: “We received a report that a man had raped a woman on Boscombe beach at around 10pm on Thursday 7 May 2026.
“An investigation is underway and detectives are speaking with the victim to provide support and establish the full circumstances of the incident.
“A cordon has been put in place to allow for enquiries to be carried out.
“There will be an increased police presence in the area as the investigation continues. No arrests have been made.”
