The Bolton-born puncher has secured impressive victories over Alex Murphy and David Ryan within the last 13 months at the Co-op Live Arena.

He is now ready to take centre stage there once again versus the experienced Gwynne.

The Welshman has previously held the European and Commonwealth lightweight titles and responded to his Cameron Vuong defeat by drawing their rematch six months ago.

This bout takes place in the build-up to the world title dust-up between British heavyweights Fabio Wardley and Daniel Dubois.
