MARTIN ZUBIMENDI was on the receiving end of a humiliating substitution from Mikel Arteta.

But he found himself trotting back over the touchline in the 67th minute to make way for Kai Havertz.

Arteta’s decision to bring on Havertz was in a desperate bid for the Gunners to get all three points.

But that didn’t stop fans from commenting on his double substitition.

One wrote on X: “Zubimendi was introduced during the first half and is now being substituted once more.”
