Her dad Dan played for the 1976 Pittsburgh Panthers football national championship-winning side, while sister Lexie earned a track scholarship at Stanford University.
Spiranac has also branched into entertainment and recently landed a role in Happy Gilmore 2.
Earlier this week, she was spotted at the Truist Championship at Quail Hollow Club alongside basketball star Seth Curry.
Alex Fitzpatrick currently leads the tournament at 14-under par.
