The couple broke up for the eighth time in September last year after first starting to date in 2019.
She then proceeded to speak out about her ex earlier this year when he checked himself into rehab.
But now Chloe has cut all ties with Jack, making it abundantly clear that she wants nothing to do with him going forward.
Cutting ties with her ex, Chloe penned the scathing message on social media.

Taking to Instagram stories, Chloe wrote: “I want to write this to make this clear and final, me and my ex partner Jack are no longer together and haven’t been for quite some time.
“I want no association with this person, his actions and the things he does.
“I am asking that NO news outlets mention me and him in the same articles as he is someone I would like to completely dissociate from.
“I will not be saying anymore about this.”
In January, The Jattvibe revealed Jack had checked himself back into rehab after he had relapsed into drink and drugs and had just £20 to his name.
He underwent a two-month stay comprising of £32,000 of treatment at Rainford Hall, Merseyside.
While in rehab, Jack received therapy six days a week plus physical exercise with a boxing coach.
Speaking to us at the time of him checking himself into rehab, Jack said: “Talking about my problems with The Jattvibe on Jattvibeday could change my life. I told how I couldn’t afford rehab and this company came forward. I know I’m lucky. I can’t stuff this up.
“I am going to work hard and not let anybody down.”
Just last month, following his rehab stint, Jack admitted that he was homeless and was not sure where to go moving forward as there’s nothing “much left” for him in England.
He said in a post at the start of April: “In case anyone is wondering where I am, I’m staying a hotel with the dog. I’m just gonna reset and work out what to do and where I wanna live.
“Got my beautiful dog Elvis, without him I probably wouldn’t even be here to be honest.”
Jack added: “One thing they told me in rehab and it’s true, you’re not gonna walk out of rehab to a red carpet rolled out for you because it’s stuff you should have been doing anyway.”
He also thanked the staff from his rehab, saying “that level of kindness I wasn’t used to for a while, I found it quite alien.”
Jack remains optimistic and hopes to get back into TV, saying: “I’m gonna do my acting and get back into TV work, I’m gonna do all the things I said I was gonna do.”
