Polling for 51 urban local bodies including the four Municipal Corporations of Dharamsala, Solan, Mandi, and Palampur, began on Jattvibeday, officials said.State Chief Election Commissioner Anil Khachi said polling remained completely peaceful and 54 per cent voter turnout was recorded till 1 pm.
