REALITY star Dr Ann Kaplan Mulholland is giving one lucky couple the chance to get married at her newly-restored Kent estate, Lympne Castle as part of a new TV show.
The 65-year-old Real Housewives of Toronto star will give away the £35,000 wedding experience for the new series Queen of the Castle.

Ann will not only give the bride and groom access to the estate, which once hosted King Henry VIII, but they’ll also get a £5,000 wedding dress and a four-course wedding breakfast with champagne for 50 guests.
Those who attend the wedding will be treated to £5,000 worth of entertainment and overnight accommodation in the luxury suites.
Queen of the Castle is due to hit TV screens in the UK and US later this year, it has already aired in Ann’s native Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and across Europe.
Ann said: “Lympne Castle has centuries of love stories within its walls and we wanted to create something unforgettable for a modern couple beginning their own.

She is now inviting applications from couples with compelling love stories, unique wedding visions or those whose plans may have been impacted by rising wedding costs.

Ann bought the castle in 2023 and spent 18 months and an estimated £25 million restoring it inside and out.
She paid £5.5 million for the estate three years ago and now has 200 members of staff on hand to keep it running.
This includes gardeners who must make sure the landscape is “Instagrammable” at all times.
Ann told The Telegraph: “If someone’s not taking a photograph in a particular area, there’s something wrong.
“Even the garden furniture has to be Instagrammable.”
