The talent show was seconds away from airing the judge’s golden buzzer act as Amanda, 55, rushed in

As host’s Ant and Dec welcomed viewers back after an advert break, Amanda was absent from the judging panel.

Dec pointed to the side off the set and beckoned Amanda to hurry as Ant said: “Get in your chair! Get in your chair!”

Dec then pulled out her chair as she rushed along the set to sit down alongside the other judges.

A flustered Amanda said: “I was just…”

Amanda’s golden buzzer choir made it through to the final

Ant interrupted: “Everybody has a pee in the break.”

He then introduced the final act of the semi-final which was the Hawkstone Choir and also her golden buzzer act.

Just before their video clip started playing, Ant then pointed at Amanda and said: “You’re late!”

The choir was created by Jeremy Clarkson as part of an ad campaign for his Hawkstone beer brand.

It started as a group of real farmers singing in Hawkstone adverts before evolving into a proper choir that continued independently because members enjoyed it so much.

The choir itself is made up of genuine hard working farmers and agricultural workers from around the UK and they wowed the judges with a moving rendition of Pompeii by Bastille, easily securing a place in the final following the public vote.

Jeremy couldn’t hide his excitement after they made it through to the Britain’s Got Talent final.

In a celebratory video filmed with farm partner Kaleb Cooper, Jeremy punched the air after the choir’s huge win.
