Their title was already wrapped up by Manchester City’s draw at Bournemouth on Tuesday night.
And that left many Gunners fans scrambling to find a way into Selhurst Park for the final-day party.
Many Arsenal supporters did manage to get tickets in the home end and joined in the songs and celebrations during the trophy presentation after full-time.
However, The Athletic reports a pair of Gunners followers were arrested.
The Metropolitan Police said they were wearing high-visibility jackets.
Crystal Palace put in strict rules regarding home tickets and season-ticket holders making theirs available for others, with fans needing a Palace membership before December.
Extra security and ID checks were also in place and warnings that “any supporter found sharing a ticket will be banned from buying a season ticket or membership next season”.
However, some tickets still sold for up to £45,000.

Plenty of Arsenal-supporting celebrities managed to get themselves into the posh seats at Selhurst Park.
Jack Whitehall, Piers Morgan and Line Of Duty star Adrian Dunbar were among those in smart outfits spotted pitchside after full-time.
Comedian Whitehall joked he had been in the away end and definitely not in a corporate box despite his suit.
Goals from Gabriel Jesus and Noni Madueke set Arsenal on their way to a 2-1 victory – although both sides played weakened teams ahead of their European finals this week.
The Arsenal players got changed into their red kit and, at long last, Martin Odegaard hoisted the famous trophy into the air.
Mikel Arteta celebrated with his wife Lorena as the couple kissed in front of the away fans before the manager broke down in tears on an emotional afternoon.
Elsewhere in North London, fans queued for hours to get into the Emirates Stadium club shop to get their hands on ‘champions’ shirts while there were mammoth queues to get into pubs to watch the occasion.
