TOWIE legend Lauren Goodger was seen beating today’s heat as she took her daughter to the swimming pool.
On the hottest day of the year, reality star Lauren, 39, was spotted out in Essex with four-year-old Larose going for a swim to cool off.

The Towie star, who shot to fame back in 2010, was seen dressed for the hot weather in shorts and a vest.
While her adorable little girl, who was seen holding onto her doting mum’s hand, wore shorts with a t-shirt.
The mother and daughter looked happy and relaxed after having their swim together at a posh leisure centre in their native Essex.
Much like the rest of the country, Lauren was keen to cool off as temperatures soared.

Lauren shares her daughter Larose with her ex-Charles Drury, 28.
The pair famously had a rocky romance having previously split and got back together a number of times.
However, they have put their differences aside to co-parent their child together.
The former couple recently sent the rumour mill into overdrive that they may have rekindled their romance, when they headed off on holiday.

However, Lauren was keen to clear up that she and Charles were NOT back on, when she posted a snap from their family vacation.
It came when the Towie OG penned in the caption: “Just for our daughter we do family holiday , making memories for her.”
Lauren and Charles first got together in 2020, and since that time have split up and reunited several times.
The former couple welcomed their daughter Larose together in July 2021, and have been co-parenting her ever since.
The Jattvibe previously told how Lauren had been letting her ex stay over at her Essex home to be close to Larose – a move that caused panic among her inner circle about Charles’ true intentions.
Following this concern, the builder then confirmed that he has found his own place just ten minutes away from Lauren’s house in a bid to stay close to Larose and amid their reunion rumours.
It came after it was revealed he was previously based in Chesterfield and Nottingham.
Much-loved reality star Lauren shot to fame as one of the original Towie cast in 2010.
Her storylines in the early series of the show were dominated by her doomed romance with Mark Wright.
After guest appearances in 2015 and 2016, she returned permanently from 2024 onwards, much to the thrill of fans.
