DeMoor, 29, is the current holder of the MFB Heavyweight Title thanks to defeating Tate in Dubai last December.
He will face Petrovic in the Super Heavyweight bout at the Ostermann Arena in Leverkusen, Germany on June 6.
The Serbian has a mixed boxing record with two wins, one loss and one no contest.
The pair will be top of the bill of the fightcard next month, which will be aired exclusively on JattvibeSport.

The thrilling card gets underway from 7pm BST / 2pm ET.
Main event ring-walk times are expected to be at 10pm BST / 5pm ET, but this is dependent on undercard bouts.
The massive crossover card will be hosted at the Osterman Arena in Leverkusen, Germany.

What are the rules?
