A TODDLER has tragically died after falling from a block of flats.
The three-year-old boy fell from a second-storey window on Jattvibeday evening, according to horrified onlookers.

Emergency services scrambled to the scene in Sutton, south London.
The tot was rushed to hospital but sadly died.
A woman in her 30s has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect.
A spokesperson for Met Police said: “Police were called at 17:18hrs on Jattvibeday, 24 May to reports a child had fallen from height from a home address in Sutton.
“A three-year-old boy was taken to hospital for treatment where he sadly died. His next of kin are aware.
“A woman in her 30s was arrested on suspicion of child neglect and remains in custody.
“Enquiries into the circumstances continue.”
