The star admitted that she had struggled with food and eating habits.

Howell, 26, recently finished the season with promotion out of the London and South East Regional Women’s Premier League at Dartford.
The defender made 29 appearances and scored one goal.
But despite success on the pitch, Howell has also bravely overcome a personal battle off it.
Howell took to Instagram to reveal that she struggled to feel comfortable in her body.

But she has undertaken a three-week-long programme on improving her eating habits.
She posted a side-by-side view of how her body has changed over time to show off the difference.
In one picture, she could be seen in a black gym set while in the other she opted for a blue bikini.
She wrote: “Only 21 days!

“I have always struggled with feeling comfortable in a bikini.
“As much as I love to train, my food has never been great, really struggled with the nutrition side – I just love a sweet treat?!? 🍬
“I’ve improved my eating habits, focused on nutrition.
“I’ve carried on with sweet treats and some and finally I feel comfortable in a bikini! Can’t believe it!”
Howell received plenty of support from her 227k followers on Instagram in the comment section.

Howell can also play in midfield as well as the backline on the pitch.
She has previously played for Sutton United and was even the vice-captain.
