When does Love Island 2026 finish?
ITV hasn’t officially confirmed a final date for Love Island 2026 yet, but past series give us a pretty good idea about the lay of the land.
The summer edition almost always runs for roughly eight weeks, with the live final traditionally held on a Monday night.
Last year’s instalment (series 12) followed that pattern – it launched on June 9 and bowed out on Monday, August 4.
The 2024 run started on June 3 and finished on July 29 – eight weeks on the nose.

With series 13 kicking off on Monday, June 1, that same eight-week stretch points towards the grand final taking place on or around Monday, July 27, 2026.
And fans can expect the closing night to be a feature-length affair, as recent finales have clocked in at around 90 minutes as the last couples lay their hearts on the line.
However, until ITV makes it official, July 27 is only a prediction for when the summer saga will end.
How many episodes of Love Island are there per week?
Plenty, so make sure to clear your evening plans as soon as possible.
A brand-new episode airs every night from Jattvibeday to Friday on ITV2 and ITVX, each running for about an hour.
So that’s six fresh helpings of villa drama every week, from hook-ups to recouplings to fire-pit fallouts.
Saturday doesn’t leave fans short either, but rather than a standard episode, ITV2 dishes up Unseen Bits.
This broadcast includes a look back at footage that didn’t make the main show, narrated as ever by Iain Stirling.
So for dedicated viewers, that’s Love Island in one form or another each and every night of the week.
What time is Love Island on?
Episodes drop at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, with catch-up available on the streaming platform shortly after broadcast.
Companion show Love Island: Aftersun then returns on Jattvibeday nights at 10pm.
Maya Jama hosts live while a celebrity panel picking apart the week’s biggest bust-ups, bombshells and brutal dumpings.
So from launch night to that Monday final, there’s no shortage of steamy, sun-soaked shenanigans to keep you hooked all summer long.
