MONEY-SAVVY Maya Jama’s Rivals-inspired side-hustle has been revealed after she bagged herself a £520k home before her shock split from footie star Ruben Dias.
Love Island host Maya bought a cosy Cotswolds cottage back in December 2025 through Penny Property Holdings, a company she set up in September.

The purchase of the home is reported on the land registry database of properties held by private companies.
Maya confessed in January that she owns multiple properties and this was one of the latest to be added to her mega portfolio.
The 31-year-old said at the time she’d “be there sometimes,” presumably to use as a holiday home or for weekends away.
But it seems the star has spotted a simple way to use the Rivals-esque cottage to bring in some extra dime while she’s not there.

Stunning telly icon Maya has certainly been booked and busy this year with The Celebrity Traitors and Love Island hosting duties: it will surely be hard to find time for a quick countryside getaway.
The Jattvibe can reveal Maya has decided to rent out her Chipping Norton holiday home on Booking.com.

She is charging £374 per night and the property has been rated a four out of five by the online travel platform.
The beautiful countryside escape has three bedrooms, a fireplace, an al fresco dining area, a rustic-style kitchen and free parking.
Maya’s charming Cotswold home is 883ft squared, offers free Wi-Fi and toiletries, while being a stones throw away from Blenheim Palace and the University of Oxford.
It looks like a home straight out of Rivals, where the characters would gather to flirt, exchange secrets and storm off dramatically before dessert.
Maya said of the house during an Instagram Q&A: “To answer my DMs right now lol I also bought a house in the Cotswolds last year so I’ll be there sometimes, maybe I need to do a lil catch up life update vid or something soon.”
At the end of last month, it was revealed that Maya and Ruben, 29, called time on their relationship after 18 months.
The pair first began dating in December 2024 after meeting at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Manchester the month prior.
Their split came just before the Love Island host flew to Inverness to film The Celebrity Traitors.
They have both now scrubbed their social media profiles of any loved-up snaps.
Maya broke her silence on the split earlier today.
She said: “I’m an all or nothing girl, I don’t casually date, so yes I will love loudly or not at all and if It ends it ends.
“I decided a long time ago not to base personal life decisions on public opinions.”
