REALITY star Lauren Causer has revealed she is in a new relationship less than a year after splitting from her long-term partner.
The mum-of-two, who is known for starring alongside best pal Charlotte Crosby on several of her TV shows, said that she found love after being “broken”.

The star revealed she found love when she wasn’t expecting it, after feeling ‘broken’ following her split
Taking to Instagram, she shared a series of snaps with her new boyfriend and opened up about her journey.
“I found love again by accident,” began Lauren.
She continued: “Last year broke me a bit. I had a lot to recover from. Therapy. Healing. Hard conversations. Starting over.
“I left my job so I could focus on looking after myself mentally and physically. For the first time in a long time, I chose me.

“Time went on… I downloaded the dating apps. Deleted them. Downloaded them again. Deleted them again. But if I’m honest? I wasn’t really looking for anything and didn’t feel ready.”
Lauren continued that she wasn’t putting any pressure on dating.
She said: “I’d told all my friends the same thing: “Unless someone spectacular comes along, I’m not interested”. I wasn’t settling. Not anymore.
“I’d actually made peace with being alone. And when you’re a single mam, you really do get in your own head. Who would want all this baggage?
“My life was firmly in its limbo era, surely nobody would want to get involved in that. Honestly? I wouldn’t blame them.”
Lauren continued: “And when I said I wanted someone spectacular… I didn’t mean perfect. I meant sparks, a connection, something electric. I wanted to feel something I’d never felt before. I didn’t want mediocre. I wanted something worth pursuing from the very beginning. Or nothing at all.
“And then I felt it. Then I knew. Before anything made sense. Before the timing was ideal. Before life was neat and tidy. I just knew.
“Was I scared? Absolutely. But every difficult conversation was met with patience. Every worry was with understanding. And for the first time in my life, I felt completely safe being exactly who I was.
“Somewhere along the way, my cynical brain became soft. I became romantic again. I started believing in things I’d stopped believing in. I even became a hugger. Which anyone who knows me knows is a BIG DEAL.”
She signed off: “People talk about finding the right person. But what nobody tells you is that sometimes the right person helps you find a version of yourself you thought you’d lost.
“I thought finding love again would be about finding someone else. But it wasn’t. It was about finding HIM. The person who made everything feel easy when my life was anything but. And somehow, in finding him, I found a softer version of myself.”
A number of famous names took to the comment section to congratulate Lauren and her new man, who wasn’t named in the post.
Her best pal Charlotte commented: “This made me emotional Lauren all I’ve ever wished for you”.
Last summer, Lauren confirmed she had split from her long-term partner, whom she shares sons Oax and Ovie with.
At the time, she didn’t share the reason for their split, but explained it was the beginning of “something new”.
