Kate and Prince William were seen beaming as they braved the rain at All Saints Church, Kemble, near Cirencester, just before 1pm.
Their children – George, Charlotte and Louis – were not with them.
Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were seen arriving with their husbands.
Beatrice wore a green and white patterned dress, while Eugenie opted for a more muted outfit with a navy ensemble before the intimate ceremony.

Peter, who is Princess Anne’s son and counts the King as his uncle, will marry Harriet in the private ceremony this afternoon.
The self-proclaimed former “Ibiza party girl” and Phillips’ wedding will also be attended by the King and Queen – who will leave early to go to The Epsom Derby.
Peter’s sister Zara Phillips and her husband Mike Tindall will also be present as the wider royal family comes together in a show of unity.
The wider circle of guests were seen arriving in a mix of silk dresses and sharp three-piece suits shortly before noon.
All Saints Church is just a 20 minute drive from Gatcombe Park, Princess Anne’s countryside estate.
The first cousin of William and Harry, Peter is 19th in the line of succession to the British throne and is also the late Queen Elizabeth’s oldest grandson.
His wife-to-be Harriet is a paediatric specialist nurse and freelance writer, as well as mum to daughter Georgina from a previous relationship.
Members of the public have also gathered in the Gloucestershire village as the wedding guests arrived for the momentous occasion.

The pair, who will be tying the knot today, on the day of their engagement
Metal barriers have been erected and roads closed around All Saints Church.
Just yesterday afternoon, flowers were seen being delivered outside the church, with a large convoy of police on motorcycles also nearby.
The celebrations will then move to the wedding reception, taking place on the nearby Gatcombe Park estate in Minchinhampton.
With long blonde hair and dark eyes, Harriet bears a striking resemblance to both his last girlfriend Lindsay and Peter’s ex-wife Autumn Kelly, 46.
Peter and Canadian-born Autumn – who share daughters Savannah and Isla – wed in 2008.
But in February 2020 they confirmed they had split the previous year.
Their 13-year marriage ended with divorce in June 2021.
Peter then met Lindsay, an ex-classmate of his sister Zara Tindall, at £45,000-a-year Gordonstoun School in Moray, Scotland.
However, the couple split early 2024 and businessman Peter, the son of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips, was seen strolling hand-in-hand at Badminton with Harriet weeks later.
A source previously told The Jattvibe: “They looked completely smitten and he was grinning from ear to ear.”
“He looked like the cat that got the cream and acted without a care in the world. He didn’t seem to mind who saw them together.
“She looked very happy and relaxed in his company and pleased to be shown off at one of the biggest social events in the equestrian world.
“His love life has certainly taken some very public twists and turns in recent years.
“But they looked extremely close and seemed like they had known each other for some time.
“They certainly seemed very happy and appeared to be over any past relationship woes.”
NHS nurse Harriet is herself divorced from her fitness instructor husband.
Charles is then expected to make a dash to Epsom for Derby Day, the one fixture the King will not shift in his diary.
The late Queen missed it only twice in seventy years on the throne.
The monarch and Camilla now hold her old patronage of the Jockey Club, and they will be at there when the gates fly open.
