Helen first wore the look when she was just 22 and had recently left Coronation Street after playing Rosie Webster for 12 years.
She opted for less is more as she rocked the plunging black tassel dress with thigh-high slits.
The actress beat the likes of Michelle Keegan, Kelly Brook and Cheryl Cole to the coveted title of Britain’s sexiest woman.
Helen put on a leggy display wearing sky high matching black heels as she stopped for pictures on the red carpet.

She had her hair scrapped back into a high ponytail and finished the look with a baby pink lipgloss.
Fast forward to present day and the reality star has sent her fans wild as she rewore the same dress.

This time Helen showed off the results of her boob job as she donned a leopard print bikini under the dress.
She styled her blonde locks down and in tousled waves.
Helen was spotted smiling for the camera in the dress while enjoying a holiday in Mykonos.
She captioned one snap: “Like fine wine.”
Helen told her fans: “Wore this old @agentprovocateur dress last night. I found when I moved house.”
The telly legend has recently moved out of the family home she shared with her ex Scott Sinclair.
Helen has recently said she is confident that her next love will be her husband.
The former Corrie actress said: “I do feel that when I do next have my next relationship, and I think that when I have my next relationship, I think it will be my husband.
“I think it will be the real thing. I will choose to protect it and I will keep that private. “
She confessed that while her pals, who are also actors and actresses, have chosen to be more private about things she had decided to open up.
Helen launched her explosive memoir Head & Heart: Break-ups, Breakdowns and Being Rosie back in January and she later admitted she might have split too much tea.
She said: “I have spoke about things, like I wrote a book. I don’t know, maybe if I was too honest in my book a little bit, but it’s done now. It’s written.
“The book is there, so there’s no taking it back.”
