KRISS Akabusi’s daughter has revealed her husband was falsely accused of raping a girl who mugged him on a romantic trip to Paris.
The 90s Olympic hero’s eldest child Shakira, 38, made the shocking revelation on today’s episode of the Vanessa Feltz‘s chat show.

Revealing the horrifying tale, while talking about “Holidays from hell”, Shakira said: “The standout (holiday from hell) was when we were mugged, and that can be common in Paris.
“But the way that it happened for us, and it was more what happened afterwards.”
Telling the horrific tale, Shakira, who Kriss shares with his first wife Monika Akabusi, said: “So we’re sitting down at a cafe, we put the money down to pay.
“Two girls, they looked very young. They could have been 12, 13, maybe – they were older, young girls.

“They came over with lots of paper.
“Then as they left, we realised they’d taken the money that we put down to pay for the bill.
“So my husband got up, chased after them, caught up with them, grabbed one of the girls and said, ‘You know, you took our money!”
But what the girl did next, was so shocking.
“And she pulled down her trousers and her pants, everything, had blood, fake looking blood everywhere, and screamed,” Shakira revealed.

“And for my husband, just the visual, because she looked so young, the visual was really shocking.
“The whole thing was shocking. Obviously everyone in the area then, you know, protected the girl.
“So they ran off and they got away with it. My husband obviously let her go.”
Meanwhile, Shakira’s dad Kriss, now 67,, is well known for being an Olympic hero and 90s TV star.
The star shot to fame when he won silver at the 1992 Barcelona Games for the 4x400m relay and the 400m hurdles, for which he still holds the British record.
After his retirement from sport, he switched to TV.
Kriss is perhaps best known for presenting the kids BBC show Record Breakers.
He took over from the late Roy Castle, who sadly passed away in 1994.
Kriss also worked as a presenter on The Big Breakfast.
The popular star was also known for being a regular panellist on iconic 90s and 00s quiz shows such as A Question of Sport, They Think It’s All Over, Through the Keyhole and A Word In Your Ear.
In 1997 Kriss flexed his acting chops and had a guest role as a milkman on Last of the Summer Wine .
