AT least 12 people have been killed and nine are injured following a horror shooting at “multiple locations” in Johannesburg, local cops say.
Several gunmen opened fire at an informal settlement in South Africa on Tuesday, sparking an urgent police manhunt for the suspects.

The deadly late-night gun rampage unfolded in Cleveland at the Jumpers informal settlement.
The suspects arrived in a white Toyota Quantum, entered the settlement from two points before opening fire at multiple locations.
They are then said to have fled using the same vehicle.
Local police say a manhunt has been launched for more than 10 suspects in the wake of the vicious attack.
The motive for the attack is not known.
Cops said they responded to reports of a shooting at 11pm local time on Tuesday.
South Africa has one of the world’s highest murder rates, averaging about 60 a day.
It comes after three children were among 11 people killed after a gunman stormed a bar in Pretoria, South Africa.
Another 14 people were wounded following the terrifying gun assault.
A three-year-old boy, a girl, 16, and a 12-year-old boy were among those killed.
The shooting happened at an unlicensed bar in the Saulsville township west of Pretoria in December.
Local media reported the bar was inside a hostel.
