This comes as firms continue to suffer from declining footfall, high business rates and unsustainable costs.

A number of high street chains are set to close branches this weekend, as brands including M&S, Quiz and FatFace seek new ways to attract customers.
M&S‘ outlet location at Riverside Retail Park in Warrington, alongside its Foodhall at Friars Walk Shopping Centre in Newport, are two locations confirmed for closure.
The 6,000sq ft Warrington site had opened less than 12 months ago, supplying fashion, homeware and beauty products to residents in the Cheshire town.
Now, the retailer said its closure on June 21 has been down to performance not being “where it needs to be”.

On June 20, the supermarket giant will also close its £117million Newport location, in a move dubbed as a “death penalty” for the town centre.
The firm said changes to consumer habits, as well as the store’s lease expiring at the end of the month, contributed towards letting the site go.
In the world of fashion retail, Quiz is closing all of its remaining twenty stores on Saturday, June 20.
The clothing chain operated 40 standalone stores across the UK before administrators from Interpath Advisory were appointed in the winding down process earlier this year.
Another retail giant, FatFace, has announced the closure of its long-standing Hitchin shop on June 20.
In a statement released by the firm, it said it’d like to “thank all customers who have shopped with us for their support over the years,” and confirmed it would be looking to reassign staff members.
