THE shirts David Beckham wore during his second most infamous appearance for England are going up for sale this week.
Former Three Lions captain Becks, 51, was infamously sent off twice in 115 caps for his country.

The first time – the low point of his decorated career – was when he lashed out against Argentina and was shown a red card as England went on to lose on penalties in the second round of the 1998 World Cup in France.
His next dismissal came seven years later, on his 85th cap, when he played a World Cup qualifier against Austria at Old Trafford in October 2005.
Though England won 1-0 thanks to Frank Lampard’s winner – and eventually qualified for the 2006 Finals in Germany – skipper Beckham was slammed for his early exit, as he became the first England player to be red-carded twice.
The white long-sleeved No.7 match-worn shirts from that clash – he wore one in the first half and another in the second half – will go up for auction on Thursday June 25.

And the jerseys are expected to fetch between £20,000-£30,000 as part of BUDDS bumper World Cup memorabilia auction.
Both shirts, which still show marks and stains from the pitch on the day, are being sold by a former England kit manager, who had collected them at the time.
David Convery, Head of Sporting Memorabilia at BUDDS said: “David Beckham remains one of the most sought-after names in football memorabilia.
“And these shirts represent a fascinating chapter in his England career, albeit one he would probably rather forget.

“To have both shirts together that were worn during the same international match is extremely unusual, particularly when that match is remembered for such a significant moment in English football history
“From the visible signs of match use to the literal smell of authenticity, they are exactly the kind of items collectors are looking for.”
BUDDS’ Wellingborough-based auction features lots from every World Cup, including Alan Ball’s England shirt from the 1966 final, and the jersey goalie Peter Shilton wore when Diego Maradona scored the immortal ‘Hand of God’ goal in Mexico 1986.
Also punters can buy Pele’s 1958 World Cup winner’s medal (£300,000-£500,000) and Gordon Banks’s shirt from his famous save against Pele in the 1970 World Cup (£200,000-£300,000).
