It was Elanga’s long-range curler which levelled it up for Sweden against Japan last night, but he evidently thought the 1-1 draw wasn’t enough.
He was spotted sitting down raging – throwing his arms around, shaking his head and putting his head in his hands.
Sweden gaffer Graham Potter addressed the bizarre scenes after the game.
He said jokingly: “That explains a few things then, it can’t be any clearer, it couldn’t have been any clearer for him.

Last night’s screamer was Elanga’s second goal of the tournament as he leads the goalscoring charts for his country at this World Cup, ahead of star strikers Alexander Isak and Viktor Gyokeres.
His other goal came in Sweden’s 5-1 loss to the Netherlands.
