Morning Dew (Donk) is a legendary “vault track” that was originally recorded in 2013 with Pharrell Williams and The-Dream.

The tune has been heavily rumoured over the years but it has now been officially released – and fans have gone wild.

This release has kicked off a 60-day countdown to Beyonce’s birthday in September, which will which will mark 20 years since her second album B’Day.

The Grammy award-winning album will be reissued with this track included, according to reports.

Alongside the nostalgic R&B song, the 44-year-old has also dropped a lyric video made from recycled reels directed by Cliff Watts.

Just nine hours after the track dropped, Beyonce has already amassed nearly 600,000 views on YouTube alone.

Morning Dew (Donk) is available now on eight streaming services including Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer.

“Had to make sure this was the official Beyonce YouTube channel,” said one fan.

Another fan penned: “13 years later and she’s finally given us this song, thank you queen B.”

A third fan wrote: “STOP this is so unexpected.”

Meanwhile, a fourth added: “Our girl is back with vocals! Omg I could cry…”

Beyonce skyrocketed onto the music scene in the late 90s as the lead singer of Destiny’s Child – one of the best selling girl groups in history.

In 2005, it was announced the group were going their separate ways to work on solo music.

The mum-of-three released her first solo album, Dangerously in Love, in 2003, during the Destiny’s Child hiatus.

The album produced some of her most well known singles including Crazy in Love and Baby Boy.

Beyonce went on to become one of the most-awarded artists ever with 35 Grammy Awards, a Primetime Emmy Award, and a Peabody Award.

The singer has sold out arenas worldwide and has hundreds of millions of fans.
