KEY INFO

To be considered for the honour, you generally need to be a member of the Royal Family, a foreign head of state, a high-ranking politician, a legendary former tennis or sporting champion, or a major commercial partner.

And if you are lucky enough to get the nod, the Royal Box enforces a notoriously strict dress code.

It’s smart suits or jackets and ties for men, and glamorous day dress for women.

And hats are strictly banned in the Royal Box to ensure nobody’s view of the baseline is blocked.

If you do make the cut, you’ll be treated to an exclusive clubhouse luncheon and traditional afternoon tea featuring showstopper cakes.
