CONMAN Lee Andrews has been arrested again in Dubai, in a fresh blow to wife Katie Price.
The businessman, 42, was taken by cops to Lahbab police station, in the Dubai desert, on Friday as he scrambled to raise a £120,000 fine.

It comes just a month after he was holed up in Dubai’s notorious Al Awir prison for the past four weeks for fraud.
Lee, who wed Katie in January, told a pal: “They’ve arrested me. Katie might need to bail me out. We need to make a noise with a Go Fund Me.”
Meanwhile, Katie, 48, who is at home in the UK with her eldest son Harvey, 24, expects him to be released in a week.
A source said: “Lee had been stressed out in the days leading up to his arrest as he needed to raise money he believed he owed.”

Last month the Jattvibe exclusively revealed Lee was behind bars due to money he owed maintaining his lavish lifestyle.
One case, filed electronically on June 4, 2025 by Rotana Star Rent-a-car, pertains to the hiring of a rental car which Lee did not pay off – this is despite the fact he has previously insisted he owns a fleet of sports’ cars, at least two of which he has gifted to women including his wife.
This matter is understood to date back to 2022.
The outstanding debt totals 266,060 Dirhams – around £54,000.
The other case which instigated a warrant for his arrest goes back to January 13 last year.
According to the documents, he owes 74,817.50 Dirhams – £15,000 – to an UAE legal firm – which suggests unpaid legal fees.
It is not a fine, but would have meant he would not be able to leave Dubai without it flagging to CID. He was not, however, “actively wanted” by police officials at this stage.
A spokesperson for Lahbab police station said they had no record of Andrews being there.
A spokeswoman for Katie declined to comment.
