CHELSEA have lined up a move for a forgotten England ace Jonathan Rowe to replace Alejandro Garnacho, reports suggest.
Garnacho, 22, arrived at Stamford Bridge last season but has already been put up for sale by the Blues as he seeks a move away from club this summer.

To that end would-be suitors will need to cough up around £43m to land the out of sorts star, who is yet to report to Cobham for pre-season training as he looks to engineer his exit.
And while the wheels turn in the direction of Garnacho’s exit, club bosses have already lined up a potential replacement in the form of Bologna star Rowe.

Rowe, 23, started his professional footballing career with Norwich before moving to Marseille.
He then moved to Serie A club Bologna last summer, after he was transfer listed by the club following a fight in the dressing room with Adrien Rabiot.
Since joining the club he has scored eight goals in 43 games, and while Bologna would like to keep him they are said to be open to offers.
According to Italian outlet il Resto del Carlino, Chelsea have Rowe on a list of wingers to bolster their left wing options, and have made enquiries over his availability.

The Blues’ list of targets also features the likes of Yan Diomande, Crysencio Summerville and Francisco Trincao.
However, they were not the only club to ask about Rowe, with Aston Villa, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce all reportedly making their interest known.
Rowe, who was born a stone’s throw from Wembley Stadium, is said to be dreaming of a return to England to play in the Premier League.
Chelsea will start their season with a West London derby at Fulham on August 24, with their first home game coming against Brighton at the end of August.
