A TEENAGE boy has been charged with murder after another teen was stabbed to death following “disorder” in a park on Friday evening.
Four other teenagers were arrested on suspicion of the same murder after a group of youths were reportedly seen “carrying large knives”.
Police officers scrambled to Kingsway Recreation Ground at 6.30pm on Friday and found the 17-year-old victim with stab wounds.
He was rushed to hospital but died a short while later.

Two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, were arrested on Saturday on suspicion of violent disorder but were then rearrested on suspicion of murder.
The 16-year-old has since been charged with murder and he remains in custody.
Bedford Police added that three other 17-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of murder, violent disorder and carrying a weapon.
Detective Chief Inspector Nick Gardener said: “We are progressing our investigation, and we are continuing to appeal to anyone who was in the area, or witnessed the events leading up to the disorder to please get in touch.
“Our officers are continuing to carry our additional high-visibility patrols, and we are continuing to engage with local members of the public.
“We would also like to remind the public not to share any distressing videos or images as this can be concerning for families involved, but also form a vital part of the police investigation.”
