MANCHESTER UNITED youngster Jaydan Kamason is eyeing a first-team breakthrough after two brilliant assists against Rosenborg.
The 19-year-old full back is waiting to discover if United will loan him out or keep him at Carrington this summer.

Kamason, the first player to sign a scholarship at United after coming through the club’s Emerging Talent Programme, suffered two lengthy injuries last season.
The teen has been involved in United’s opening pre-season matches against Wrexham and Rosenborg, but shone in Norway with two brilliant assists after replacing Harry Maguire at half-time.

Kamason, like several of his teammates, is on a preseason mission to break into Carrick’s plans this term.
He said: “Hopefully I can. I’m always trying to aspire to get to that level. If I need a few loans or whatever, we’ll have to see.

“But I’m trying to get to that top level and that’s Man United. You just have to be ambitious.”
Kamason was sidelined for much of the Under-21s route to the PL2 play-off last term.
He added: “Last season I unfortunately had two injuries, but hopefully this season will be more positive. I’m just trying to stay fit now and show my ability on the pitch.”
Kamason signed a two-year deal, with the option of an extra year, at Old Trafford in April.

Kamason joined United’s talent programme at aged 10 after playing for grassroots club Stockport Vikings.
With Diogo Dalot and Noussair Mazraoui still on holiday after their World Cup campaigns, there will be opportunities for Kamason to feature again over the coming weeks.
Kamason travelled with Ruben Amorim’s squad for the 2025 post-season tour of Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong and featured in both games.
He started in Hong Kong and was unlucky to be denied a first senior goal when his shot was cleared off the line in the first-half.
Kamason was part of United’s title winning side for the U18s in 2023/24, alongside Shea Lacey.
