The Punjab Vidhan Sabha on Monday passed a condemnation resolution, with the House condemning repeated examination scandals, recruitment irregularities and institutional failures that it said had undermined the integrity of public examinations and the aspirations of India’s youth.Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, while speaking on the resolution, claimed that 93 incidents of paper leaks had been reported since 2014, when the BJP came to power at the Centre.
