But now, she has admitted that despite having had hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of procedures, she has actually spent far less to get it all done.
Katie was chatting to Olivia Attwood as part of her latest ITV series, The Price of Perfection, with the former Love Island star investigating the world of celebrity plastic surgery.

As such, Olivia was keen to chat to Katie about all of the work she had undergone.
During their conversation, the topic of money was discussed after Katie revealed she has had in the region of 30 and 40 cosmetic procedures during her 48 years.

Olivia said to her: “Obviously you have had a lot of free surgery but you have paid for some as well.
“Over the years, would you say it has been a mix of offered free stuff and things that have been paid?”
Katie replied back: “I’ve probably paid £40,000 in all – for surgery.”
Somewhat stunned, Olivia said back: “What, in all – is that it?”
The topic then quickly moved on to Katie’s family’s fears about the surgery she has undergone.
The former glamour model said: “For 30 years, everyone has been, you don’t need this, you don’t need that but if I wanna do it, I am doing it anyway.”
Katie went on to further say that the fact she has been offered free surgery hasn’t impacted the amount she has had done.
She added: “I would pay for it if I wanna get it done.”
