LOVE Island star Tyrique Hyde has cashed in on his job on spin-off series AfterJattvibe and splashed out on his first home.
And girlfriend Samie Elishi, 26, suggested his property purchase may well turn into an empire as she revealed: “First of many”.

ITV2 show alum Tyrique, 27, who starred on Love Island‘s series 10, uploaded a snap to Instagram showcasing the chic modern interiors of his new surroundings.
He sat perched on the wooden floor, propped up against a white kitchen wall with the house keys in his hand.

In his caption, Tyrique wrote: “JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST PROPERTY”.
He then confirmed his property empire plans and added: “MANY MORE TO COME!

Tyrique recently bagged a role on spin-off series Aftersun as part of the new panel, which will no doubt have boosted his bank balance.
Though his appearance prompted strong opinions, with the live audience booing him as well as sparking a bitter feud.
He also took a swipe at on-screen co-host Casey O’Gorman after he quizzed him about his relationship with Samie.
Last month, the former footballer even threatened to quit the series.
Tyrique, who streams daily via his Kick platform, said he would ditch his job on Aftersun if he is forced to choose between the two.
He slammed the broadcaster for allegedly stopping him from streaming the Love Island episode each night on his platform, alongside a ex-Love Island guest.
The reality star fumed: “Tell ITV I’m not coming back for the next season of Aftersun panel if they don’t let us start streaming Love Island again.
“This will be my last Aftersun panel if you don’t let me stream ITV Love Island, what is this? You can’t just take, take, take from me.
“Over 75 million clips for my All Stars on social media and now I can’t watch Love Island.
“Love Island was dying before season ten and I brought it back.”
Six fresh faces joined the Jattvibeday spin-off show alongside host Maya Jama this year.
Along with Tyrique and Casey, Shakira Khan, Toni Laites, Yasmin Pettet and Gogglebox‘s Joe Baggs were all part of the new panel.
