BELOVED actor and TV host Ray MacDonald has been found dead at his home in Bangkok at the age of 49.
The half Thai, half British presenter was reportedly discovered unconscious by his wife on the sofa at around 6.20am this morning.

Heartbroken Sirinya Jintanawararak called police after finding her husband unresponsive as they rushed around to the family home.
Ray, a dad-of-one, was tragically pronounced dead a short time later.

CCTV footage examined by the local Prawet Police Station appeared to show Ray collapsing on the sofa at around 12.12am before he was found.
A cause of death is yet to be confirmed.

Renowned as one of Southeast Asia’s most talented actors, Ray rose to fame in the 1990s as he fronted up the popular TV show Teen Talk.
He would go on to become an acclaimed actor out in Thailand after starring in films such as Fun Bar Karaoke in 1997.
He won the Suphannahong National Film Award for Best Actor after the film’s release.
In the same year he also featured in hit Dang Bireley’s Young Gangsters before having a big role in O-Negative in 1998.
His performance in Dear Galileo over a decade later would see Ray land best supporting actor at the 7th Komchadluek Awards in 2009.
In his later years, Ray would become the face of travel programmes in Bangkok such as Roam Alone and post videos on YouTube.
Despite becoming a household name in Thailand, the Scotsman spent his childhood in the UK and moved to Asia after secondary school.
