TALIA Oatway has shared a health update on her son Oakley after he underwent a new operation.
She shares the little one with her Geordie Shore star ex-partner Aaron Chalmers, with the four-year-old born with Apert syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that causes the bones in the skull, hands and feet to fuse together.

Talia revealed in a new snap this week that Oakley has undergone his 22nd operation – with this one to place an implanted port under his skin on the chest.
The port means that medical professionals can transport life-saving fluids and medications immediately through it.

Sharing a picture of toddler Oakley from hospital, Talia wrote to Instagram: “Operation yesterday went well.
“The port is now in place. This is what it has come to now with Oakley having CVS and not great access due to his veins now. Oakley never had CVS until he had meningitis in 2024.

“It’s still something we are learning about. I always got told Oakley may have 2-4 head surgery’s [sic]… this was operation 22.
“I’m so grateful to all the apert parents who reach out regularly to us and give us advice on this journey
Talia has shared Oakley’s journey via her social media and often provides updates online about the toddler.
She shares Oakley, Romeo, six, and Maddox, four, with former Geordie Shore star Aaron.
She also has an older daughter from a previous relationship.
Talia has previously claimed Aaron has limited contact with Oakley and has said she considers herself a single mum.
She said: “Oakley’s here every single night, he has been for over a year and the fact that this person can just go online and start talking about his medical care when he doesn’t attend any appointments, doesn’t attend hospital, is mind-blowing.”
