The names of the passengers and crew will be released once loved ones have been notified, the command said in a statement.
Only military and approved charter planes are allowed to land at Cape Newenham Airport.
Its gravel runway is nearly 4,000ft long and is located on the slope of a mountain that is more than 2,300ft high.
The landing strip is sandwiched by high terrain on either side, making a landing “improbable” after a certain point.
The remote radar site is located in western Alaska and is used as part of the region’s air defence network.
Davis said: “Our absolute priority right now is providing unwavering support to their families, friends, and teammates during this devastating time.
“We are profoundly grateful for the swift and tireless response of our search and recovery professionals.”
Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski shared her condolences on X, writing: “I’ve traveled extensively with Security Aviation throughout Alaska, and have met many of their experienced pilots.
“I appreciate the U.S. Coast Guard, NTSB, Alaska State Troopers, and the Rescue Coordination Center for responding to the site.
“Alaska is praying for those on board, their loved ones, and the team at Security Aviation.”
The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are investigating the cause of the crash.
