TEAM GB Olympics hero Keely Hodgkinson swapped her running spikes for a gorgeous dress as she attended her friend’s stunning wedding.
The remarkable change of scenery came off the back of her winning silver in the 800m at the European Athletics Championship in Birmingham last week.

The middle-distance runner gushed over her best mates wedding reception and ceremony as she attended as a bridesmaid.

She captioned a pic alongside her friend saying: “My bestie got married today.”

A later picture, which was edited over with a black and white filter, said: “So special watching your best friend get married!!
“So grateful to have you both in my life and I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.”
Hodgkinson also took to TikTok to celebrate the occasion, as fans were left impressed with the incredible wedding reception.

After the fun and games of the wedding, the Brit is set for a rematch with Audrey Werro after her world record time that won the European championships ahead of Hodgkinson.
The pair are set to do battle once again with a meeting at the Weltklasse Zürich Diamond League meeting on August 27.
She told the BBC of the Zurich contest: “I signed myself up for Zurich because I knew everyone was in it but me.
“I want to be in with the best, and I think that’s going to bring out the best in me.
“There’s no point in me going to a race and time-trialling at the front.
“The more fun is when you’ve got everyone together, everyone’s going at it, and you don’t know which way it’s going to go.”
